ACGME Program Coordinator (Direct Hire)
Mobile, AL | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $40,000–$50,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Do

As the Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations and long-term success of a residency program, working closely with leadership and trainees.

• Serve as the primary administrative liaison between program leadership, residents, faculty, and external partners
• Ensure compliance with ACGME and institutional policies and standards
• Coordinate resident recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and orientation
• Manage residency program data, evaluations, and reporting systems
• Oversee program scheduling, including call schedules and rotations
• Plan and execute key events such as recruitment activities, graduations, and faculty meetings
• Maintain program materials, databases, and communications (including website updates)
• Support accreditation processes, site visits, and program reviews
• Monitor licensing, contracts, duty hours, and trainee compliance requirements
• Coordinate medical student rotations and external affiliations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines
• Professional communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization
• Experience in healthcare, education, or program coordination preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ACGME, ERAS, or residency programs is a strong plus
