ACGME Program Coordinator (Direct Hire)
Mobile, AL | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $40,000–$50,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Do
As the Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations and long-term success of a residency program, working closely with leadership and trainees.
- Serve as the primary administrative liaison between program leadership, residents, faculty, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with ACGME and institutional policies and standards
- Coordinate resident recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and orientation
- Manage residency program data, evaluations, and reporting systems
- Oversee program scheduling, including call schedules and rotations
- Plan and execute key events such as recruitment activities, graduations, and faculty meetings
- Maintain program materials, databases, and communications (including website updates)
- Support accreditation processes, site visits, and program reviews
- Monitor licensing, contracts, duty hours, and trainee compliance requirements
- Coordinate medical student rotations and external affiliations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines
- Professional communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization
- Experience in healthcare, education, or program coordination preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ACGME, ERAS, or residency programs is a strong plus
