We’re looking for a strong, dependable General Manager to help guide our operations and support our team. If you enjoy improving processes, solving problems, and helping a business run more smoothly, this could be a great fit.
This role is about bringing structure to daily operations while creating a positive and productive work environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations across the store and yard
- Improve systems and workflows to keep things organized and efficient
- Identify challenges and work toward practical solutions
- Support and guide team members with clear expectations
- Help manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage
- Oversee inventory, receiving, and purchasing
- Keep communication flowing so customers are served quickly and correctly
What We’re Looking For
- A reliable leader who values organization and follow-through
- Someone who takes initiative and solves problems
- Comfortable making decisions and being accountable
- Industry experience (building materials, hardware, construction supply) is a plus
