Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

· Learn how to set-up

· Adjust and proficiently operate the machines required to perform the assigned operations, on a variety of work requiring close tolerances and finish.

· Perform all operations in accordance with the specified guidelines and instructions, while exercising safety for oneself and others.

· WORKING CONDITIONS-Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt

· PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS-Bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 40 pounds or more

· Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including heavylifting, working in extreme heat, and wearing a respirator (reasonable accommodation provided as needed)

· Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures

· Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes

· Reliable attendance and work performance

· Successful completion of a drug screen and background check

· Must be at least 18 years old

·1 Year of Mfg experience Preferred
