Base salary is 20 per hr for licensed applicants

• Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with policyholders to meet their insurance needs effectively.
• Policy Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of client policies to ensure optimal coverage and address any changes or adjustments needed.
• Issue Resolution: Quickly and efficiently resolve any policy or coverage issues, providing excellent customer support.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products, enhancing the client portfolio with suitable coverage options.

• Licensing: Active Alabama Property & Casualty License is mandatory.
• Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Customer Service: Must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a track record of exceeding client expectations.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
