Physician Assistant – Surgical First Assist | Southeast Alabama
A respected surgical team in Southeast Alabama is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join their practice. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a certified First Assist provider who thrives in both the operating room and clinical settings.
You’ll be based in a supportive, community-focused environment connected to a full-service hospital. This role offers a mix of OR and clinic time , working with patients across the continuum of care—from initial consults to post-operative follow-ups.
Position Overview
– Schedule: Monday–Friday
– OR Start Time: 7:00 AM most days
– Clinic Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
– Clinic Volume: 50–60 patients/day
– Patient Types: New consults, follow-ups, and post-ops
– Requirement: Must be First Assist certified
– Community: Close-knit Southeastern Alabama town with a strong hospital system, low cost of living, and convenient access to Montgomery and Dothan
Compensation & Benefits
– Salary range: $110,000 – $145,000 annually , depending on experience
