Job Title: Electronic Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling electro-mechanical assemblies, cable and wiring harnesses, chassis, and subsystems according to detailed assembly work instructions and top assembly drawings. You will also perform quality inspections and tests using laboratory instrumentation, test jigs, and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical assemblies, cable and wiring harnesses, chassis, and subsystems.
• Test subassemblies using laboratory instrumentation, test jigs, and fixtures according to test procedures.
• Perform Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) as required.
• Perform basic and intricate electronic/electro-mechanical assembly functions on prototype and production type hardware according to workmanship standards and specifications.
• Use hand or power tools, torque wrenches, and other manufacturing tools in accordance with work instructions.
• Perform any necessary rework from test failures in accordance with standard repair procedures.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools, small power tools, torque wrenches, and common electronic lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, power supplies, DVM, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and schematic diagrams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
