Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care in Tuscumbia, Alabama. This travel temporary assignment starts 07/01/2026 and runs for 9 weeks. Earn $652–$697 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is 3x12-hour nights on a rotating schedule (3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off) within a skilled nursing facility. The role is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC and is a travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting under RN supervision.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered and within scope.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition; document vitals, symptoms, and responses to care.
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care to preserve dignity and safety.
- Perform routine wound care and basic clinical tasks as trained; follow facility policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation; communicate updates to the care team and participate in rounds.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in Alabama
- Graduation from an approved LPN program (diploma)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work night shifts and a rotating schedule (3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off)
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting is desirable
- Eligible to work in the United States and participate in a travel assignment
