**Job Title: CMM Technician** **Job Description** Join a leading Aerospace contractor in Huntsville, AL, as a CMM Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision and quality of aerospace components. This is a full-time opportunity offering stability and growth in a dynamic industry. **Responsibilities** + Perform inspections using CMM and other standard measurement equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators. + Utilize Romer Arm, AS1 Scanner, Leica AT960 and AT402 Laser Trackers for precision measurements. + Interpret and analyze GD&T per ASMEY14.5-2009 standards. + Execute or witness test procedures and generate comprehensive test reports. + Read and interpret drawings, assembly schematics, and specifications to prepare inspection reports. + Generate quality documentation, including inspection reports, bubble prints, Certificates of Conformance (C of C's), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's). **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of relevant experience. + Proficiency in using standard measurement equipment. + 4 or more years of experience with Romer Arm, AS1 Scanner, and Leica Laser Trackers. + Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASMEY14.5-2009. + Ability to generate test reports and quality documentation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Spatial Analyzer or similar PCMM software. + Experience in inspection of complex aerospace hardware and non-conforming material. + Familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems and AS9102 first article inspection. + Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds. + U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. **Why Work Here?** Benefit from full-time employment with opportunities for professional growth in a leading aerospace environment. Enjoy competitive shift differentials and work-life balance with varying shift options. **Work Environment** Work in a climate-controlled environment with flexible shift schedules: three days a week from 6 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday to Thursday), two nights from 4 PM to 2:30 AM (Monday to Thursday) with a $3 shift differential, or five weekends from 6 AM to 6 PM (Friday to Sunday) with a $5 shift differential. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, AL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $43.50/hr.
