As a **Security Officer** **- Commercial Center - Full Time** in **Montgomery, AL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. **What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and manage communications for the property, dispatching security-related personnel as needed to various areas of the location.
+ Receive and respond to calls for assistance, coordinating with Allied Universal team members and/or emergency services as appropriate.
+ Maintain detailed logs and records of all incidents, dispatches, and communications during the shift.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and authorizing visitor and vendor access according to site-specific policies.
+ Provide customer service to tenants, guests, and employees, addressing inquiries and security-related concerns in a professional manner.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and procedures.
+ Communicate important information to on-site security-related personnel and management to help to deter incidents and maintain order within the location.
+ Support regular and random patrols by coordinating and directing security-related personnel to designated areas as required by site protocols.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
