As an Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside lead educators to implement daily routines, create a safe and nurturing classroom, and support each child's development through active supervision and meaningful interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
- Supervise and engage children with warmth and enthusiasm
- Support classroom organization, sanitation, and daily transitions
- Communicate professionally with parents and team members
- Maintain compliance with Alabama DHR licensing standards
- High school diploma or GED required (CDA or coursework in ECE preferred)
- Previous experience in a licensed early childhood setting is a plus
- Energetic, dependable, and a team player
- Passionate about child development and education
- Able to meet all state and center training requirements
- Full-time, MondayFriday
