What You'll Do
- Conduct and document Pre and Post Pour Inspections of product
- Ensure all products meet or exceed ASTM and DOT specs
- Inspect and stamp product according to DOT standards prior to shipment
- Maintain all plant and personal certifications thru ACPA, NPCA, and multiple DOT's
- Perform daily tests to ensure quality in product (cylinder breaks, pre-pour / post-pour, wire check, etc.)
- Supervise, lead and mentor a group of Quality Control Technicians throughout out the region
- Test and document fresh and hardened concrete in accordance with industry standard
What You'll Need
- Ability to keep and maintain all required documentation
- Crane Certified
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Forklift certified
- Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot temperatures
- Work near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazards
Your Education
- High School Diploma, GED or Tech Certificate required
- Must have and maintain ACI Field Tech and ACI Strength Tech certifications
- Must acquire and maintain multiple state DOT certifications
