Location: Gulf Shores, AL Job Overview Express Employment Professionals is hiring Retail Store Associates for a fast-paced retail environment in Gulf Shores. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy staying active, working with customers, and being part of a team. Responsibilities ✅ Stock shelves and replenish merchandise
✅ Organize and maintain assigned areas of the store
✅ Unload freight and rotate products as needed
✅ Assist customers with locating merchandise
✅ Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
✅ Follow daily task assignments from supervisors Requirements ✅ Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
✅ Ability to stay active and walk up to 20,000 steps per shift
✅ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
✅ Comfortable bending, climbing, and performing physical tasks
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
✅ Weekend availability required Schedule Options
Available Shifts:
- 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Meat/Produce)
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Apparel or Grocery)
- 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Apparel or Grocery)
- 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Apparel)
- 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Freight)
