Key Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:

• Welcome customers and create a positive, professional first impression
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
• Present pricing, financing options, and valueâ€'added products
• Maintain upâ€'toâ€'date knowledge of Ford models, features, and incentives
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales goals with integrity and transparency
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth, customerâ€'first experience

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Prior automotive sales experience is not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays
• Professional appearance and customerâ€'focused mindset
