Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Weigh all live birds arriving at Processing Plant while keeping sufficient, clear and accurate records. The weighing of live birds is regulated by federal agencies of the government which include the Packers and Stockyards, and The Department of Weights and Measures. Primary duties of the position include but are not limited to the following:

• Execute duties without constant supervision.
• Have and amended to ideal safety habits and skills.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to operate yard tractor in a safe and efficient manner while moving loads of broilers as well as empty trailer as needed for processing of broilers.
• Ability to back live haul trailers into very close, congested and faced paced areas.
• Have the physical ability to bund and unbind the cage binders.
• Other duties as assigned.
