Job Summary

W e are seeking a Support Specialist Senior to join the Large Load Integration team. This role provides high-level administrative and project coordination support for the integration of large flexible electrical loads into the regional grid system. The ideal candidate will interface with external stakeholders, track project progress, and help ensure compliance with policies and procedures through effective documentation and communication.

Job Description

• Provide advanced administrative and project coordination support to the Large Load Integration team.
• Organize, collect, and process engineering data; coordinate data submissions with internal and external partners.
  
• Maintain structured documentation and manage data/report postings on internal platforms.
  
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and project milestones.
  
• Track and manage calendars and due dates related to large load interconnection request studies.
  
• Support procurement processes and requests within the division.
  
• Facilitate and assist with change request processes (NOMCR and SAMR).
  
• Ensure high levels of confidentiality and accuracy in handling privileged information.
  
• Work independently on complex tasks and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  
• Research and analyze data to support decision-making and improve project outcomes.
  
• Demonstrate expertise in relevant software applications and project management tools.

Job Skills Required

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
• Proven experience coordinating and documenting complex projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira).
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and policy implementation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the project lifecycle, risk management, and resource planning is preferred.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and working within compliance-driven environments is a plus

Education

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Additional Requirements

• CAP (Certified Administrative Professional) certification is preferred.
• This position requires in-office work at the Taylor, TX facilities at least two days per week, or more as determined by business needs.
