Quality Engineer

Your mission

• Coordination of development, production, or process projects
• Project planning, controlling, and reporting
• Project representation and presentation of results and status
• Root-cause analysis for quality issues
• Monitor performance and propose counter measures
• Implement and document engineering changes
• Cooperation and coordination with clients, suppliers, and development partners at the national and international level
• Planning and leading workshops and project meetings
• Active participation in the further development of our company, pmX
• Leading and actively engaging in internal projects

Your profile

We are looking for people with:

• Bachelor‘s degree, with first industry experience
• Experience in project management, process management, and/or quality management
• Knowledge in tools such as FMEA, Six Sigma, ISO 9000, Agile Project Management, etc is welcome
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to make decisions
• Self organizational skills and self reflection
• Ability to quickly ramp up and adapt to a wide range of topics and responsibilities
• German language ability is a plus
