Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certified with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide services in a school setting located in Oxford, AL. This role supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade, focusing primarily on compensatory speech and language services.

Position Details:

• Contract duration: Immediate start with an end date of May 21, with a strong likelihood of extension for the summer program (Extended School Year - ESY)
• Caseload: Collaboration with an additional SLP to balance and deliver effective student support
• Hours: Full-time preferred; part-time considered based on availability

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech therapy sessions addressing compensatory needs for students across K-12
• Collaborate with another SLP to coordinate schedules and ensure consistent, high-quality services
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school policies
• Communicate regularly with educators and parents to monitor student progress and adapt strategies accordingly

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP licensure with CCC certification
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12)
• Skilled in delivering compensatory speech-language therapy services
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for collaborative caseload management
