SWTHZ Cahaba Heights is seeking a driven, personable, and sales-minded Weekend Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This is more than a front desk position - you’ll be the face of the studio experience, helping guests discover cutting-edge wellness services while driving memberships, retail sales, and long-term client relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, self-development, and wellness education. We value team members who are eager to understand the science and “why” behind our services and are excited to grow into trusted contrast therapy experts for our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver an elevated guest experience from check-in to check-out
• Build authentic relationships with members and first-time guests
• Educate clients on SWTHZ services, memberships, and wellness offerings
• Drive membership sales, upgrades, and retail product purchases
• Follow up with leads and prospective members
• Help create an upbeat, luxury wellness environment
• Support daily studio operations and maintain a polished studio appearance

Weekend shifts are our busiest and most opportunity-rich times in the studio, creating strong earning potential through commissions and membership conversions. Our Wellness Coordinators earn a competitive hourly rate plus commissions, with many team members averaging an additional $2–$3+ per hour on weekends.

Additional Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• CPR and AED certification obtained through in-person training required
• Experience with membership sales is a strong advantage

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Role requires squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, jumping, prolonged standing, walking, and other physical activity associated with studio operations

Shift Availability:

This is a weekend-focused role and requires a minimum of:

• 2 Saturday shifts per month
• 2 Sunday shifts per month

Weekend Studio operating hours: Saturday & Sunday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
