Leasing Agent – Apartment Community
Mobile, AL | $17–$20/hr | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

No Weekends

We are looking for a ROCK STAR Leasing Agent with a proven track record of closing leases and delivering exceptional customer service. Our client is a high-end, modern apartment community in Mobile and needs someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating an outstanding resident experience.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents

• Explain pricing, lease terms, and process rental applications

• Follow up with prospects and assist with lease renewals

• Support marketing efforts including online listings and social media posts

• Assist current residents with maintenance requests and general questions

• Perform daily property walks to identify and report maintenance needs

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of leasing, property management, inside sales, or strong customer service experience

• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software

• Experience with Yardi preferred

• Professional communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email

• Highly organized, dependable, and service-focused
