Lawn Pest Control Technician – Superior Lawn Care Decatur, AL | $18.00–$20.00/hr + Commission | Full-Time

What You'll Do
- Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatments
- Safely apply pesticides and pest control products in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Use and maintain hand tools and power equipment used in pest management
- Communicate treatment plans clearly to clients and educate them on prevention strategies
- Keep accurate, detailed service records including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations
- Drive to job sites throughout the Decatur, AL area and complete services efficiently and on schedule
- Partner with teammates to develop targeted pest management strategies
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of pest control techniques, products, and regulations
- Comfortable operating hand tools and power equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Alabama Pesticide Applicator License (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, farming, or a related field is a plus
- Sales experience is a bonus — commission opportunities reward those who go the extra mile
Compensation & Perks
- $18.00–$20.00/hr base pay
- Commission on top of hourly rate
