Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the nursing staff during the day shift to ensure optimal patient care and support.
2. Address escalated issues or emergencies, coordinating resources and care as necessary.
3. Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
4. Administer medications, treatments, and oversee patient assessments to ensure quality care standards.
5. Train and mentor nursing staff, promoting ongoing education and development.
6. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, focusing on patient safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

1. Current Registered Nurse ( RN ) certification in the state of Alabama.
2. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
3. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
4. Commitment to high-quality care and hospitality
5. Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure situations effectively
