We are seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible foremost for delivering the expected unrivaled client experience. You will also provide all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of the plumbing systems in residential homes and commercial buildings. Our company offers on-the-job training and performance-based wage increases as your skills in the trade, time efficiency, and customer relations develop.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems, providing accurate assessments and cost estimates to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with completed work.
• Adhere to local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards, maintaining a safe work environment for clients and fellow team members.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient completion of projects.
• Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and gas systems, ensuring proper function and compliance with applicable codes.

Qualifications:

• A Licensed Plumber (State of Alabama) is required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential and commercial plumbing services, including repairs, installations, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials, as well as local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
