POSITION DETAILS
- Delivering building materials for roofing on a 53ft flatbed trailer to job sites and warehouses.
- Building materials will include adhesives
- All outbound loads will be loaded at the account in Tuscumbia
- Drivers responsible for strapping/securing load.
- Loads will be live unloaded, averaging 1.5 hours per stop.
- 6 months tractor-trailer experience
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire - account will reimburse cost once obtained.
- Flatbed training available, experience not required.
- Drivers are required to unstrap, strap, and secure loads
TRUCK INFO
- Newer trucks. Internationals
- Passengers are not permitted.
Schedule : Drivers will be off two days a week on average - (days off will typically include 1 weekend day).
Start Time: Mostly Day Driving
Shift: 11 - 12 hours
Home 1-2 night a week in addition to reset.
Driver PTO: Immediately
