Stafford Dental in Jasper, AL is hiring a full-time Sterilization Tech who's ready to get things DONE .
Compensation:
- Competitive Pay: This full-time, in-office position offers competitive pay of $15 – $20/hour
- Work Schedule: This position follows a structured weekly schedule : Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30 am to 11:30 am and 12:30 pm to approximately 5:00 pm; Tuesday from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 12:30 pm to approximately 6:00 pm; and the third Friday of each month in the morning.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
As a Sterilization Tech, you will maintain the sterilization area to established standards and perform routine maintenance on autoclaves. You will break down and set up treatment rooms while cleaning and sterilizing instruments to ensure a safe and efficient environment for patient care. Each day you will follow precise protocols, manage instrument preparation and room readiness, and support the team in delivering high-quality dental care.
