We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our asphalt paving crew. Previous asphalt or concrete experience is a plus, but it is not required. We're willing to train the right people—those who show up, work hard, and want to build a career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities
- Perform asphalt raking, shoveling, and handwork during paving operations.
- Assist equipment operators and crew members throughout the day.
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after paving.
- Move materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and work efficiently with the crew.
- Perform other labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Asphalt or concrete experience is helpful, but not required.
- Construction or outdoor labor experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must be able to:
- Perform sustained shoveling and raking for several hours.
- Work outdoors in extreme heat, cold, and changing weather conditions.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
