AI Documentation & SOP VA | Prompt Library + Internal Guide Support
We are looking for a sharp VA to help build internal AI documentation, SOPs, prompt libraries, and workflow guides. This is a **performance-based contract role** with payment tied to **fully completed and approved assignments**.
You will:
* organize messy information into clear guides
* document workflows and SOPs
* test prompts and capture outputs
* create usable internal reference materials
* improve structure, clarity, and consistency
You must be able to think clearly, write cleanly, and execute without hand-holding. This is not a casual admin role. We need someone who can create polished, practical internal documentation fast.
**Ideal experience:** SOP writing, AI prompt testing, process documentation, operations support
