The Team Member strives to provide stellar customer service; quickly and carefully preparing food and ensuring restaurant operations run smoothly. The Team Member consistently follows all recipes and procedures, aligning to the Simple Greek standards.

Job Description:

* Take ownership of each guest’s experience and feel empowered to take initiative that will improve restaurant operations and atmosphere.

* Patiently and respectively resolve any issues with guests; be proactive to avoid conflicts, and be reactive to ensure dissatisfied guests return to the restaurant.

* Quickly and expertly prepare and serve all food and drinks according to The Simple Greek standards.

* Maintain a clean, welcoming workspace and restaurant atmosphere which include keeping track of: stock levels, checking and maintaining tables, floors, windows, soda stations, trash cans, and bathrooms.

* Be punctual and take responsibility for your shifts

Requirements – What Do We Look For?

* Maintain a flexible schedule including some holidays, weekends, and evenings.

* Fast-casual restaurant experience beneficial (but not required!).

* Excellent written and oral communication skills.

* Ability to build rapport and listen attentively to the needs of customers along with new and current employees.

* Ability to meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger; handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

* Ability to stand, walk, and smile for extended periods of time; stoop or kneel; push, pull, lift, or carry up to 35 pounds; ascend or descend ladders, stairs, or ramps.

* Noise level associated with this position is moderate.
