Receptionist
Job Summary
Performs daily functions associated with answering phones and front line greeting for visitors. Assists the Order Management department as needed. Represents SEA as the first impression to customers and guests. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a starting pay rate of $18.00 per hour .
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer phones/route calls.
- Greet all visitors and ensure proper sign in prior to full entry to premises.
- Assist front office in any/all requests of Order Management Manager.
- File paperwork, confirm shipping papers, print shipping documents, and email customer paperwork.
- Prepare and sort mail.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Overall pleasant attitude and welcoming nature/phone voice.
- Neat appearance and professional attitude.
- Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment (phones, printers, copiers).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Physical Requirements
- This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
- Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
