We are looking for an organized, efficient Administrative Assistant to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting executives with various tasks. This person's responsibilities include handling schedules, coordinating quotes for purchasing vehicles, providing sales support, and managing customer pricing. This position is also responsible for monitoring customer accruals & recording sales data. To be successful, you should be very curious and have good time management and organizational skills.

You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Must have knowledge of MS Office Suite

Excel - create specific reports, compiling and sorting information and spreadsheets.

Word – create correspondence, instructions, or documentation.

Outlook – handle email correspondence and calendar functions.

PowerPoint – create sales presentations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with key executives’ responsibilities.

2. Developing and monitoring performance indicators for executives and staff members, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports.

3. Recording trends and liaising with account managers to execute strategies.

4. Assist with varies projects relating to executives plan.

5.Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence for management.

6. Act as the point of contact among managers, employees, clients, and other external partners

Qualifications: Two years of experience as a administrative assistant, three years of experience with Microsoft office
