We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front of the House - Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Accurately process customer transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations, enhancing their overall experience.
- Maintain an organized and clean cashier area, including restocking necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and support as needed.
- Address customer concerns or issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
- Uphold all safety and security protocols to safeguard both customers and team members.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
-Drive Thru experience a plus!!!
- A positive attitude and willingness to be flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus.
