We are seeking an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to manage our daily operations. The mature, reliable, motivated and versatile candidate will be performing a wide range of concurrent projects and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain two associated but separate companies to include AP, AR, Payroll, General Ledger, and Financial Statements, reviewed by CPA annually. Prepare annual budget and quarterly comparisons for charitable and fraternal entities
• Prepare company publications, flyers, tickets, etc., and manage fundraising activities
• Manage rental contracts and payments for facility use
• Maintain online membership system and all associated activity
• Maintain website content (WordPress experience is a plus)
• Coordinate with hospital staff, families and drivers for ground and air transport and lodging for out of state travel for medical treatment to include booking accommodations and maintaining records for vehicle maintenance and expense
• Greet and assist members and visitors, receive all calls and emails and prepare all business correspondence

Qualifications:

• Previous verifiable experience in an administrative/managerial capacity
• Skilled in MS Office 365; proficient in MS Publisher
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (non-profit accounting experience a plus)

Background check is required

Hours will be Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with occasional Saturdays required
