- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Install kitchen, bathroom, laundry, office, and specialty cabinetry
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and installation drawings
- Measure and ensure cabinets are level, plumb, and properly aligned
- Be able to read and interpret a tape measure
- Install moldings, fillers, hardware, panels, and trim details
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members
- Identify and resolve installation issues on-site
- Ensure all finished work meets company quality standards
- Ability to be cross trained
- All other duties as assigned
- Previous cabinet installation or finish carpentry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of measurements and basic math skills
- Ability to read and follow plans and specifications
- Experience using hand and power carpentry tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to lift heavy cabinets and materials
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience with custom cabinetry installation
- Knowledge of trim carpentry and crown molding installation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and jobsite awareness
