Ataccama Technical Lead

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Technical Data Steward to support the in an onshore position. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ataccama ONE, SQL, and Data Governance, with secondary skills in Power BI and strong analytical capabilities. This role involves enabling reference data governance, operational reporting, and promoting data quality literacy across regions. **Primary Skills:** Ataccama ONE, SQL, Data Governance **Secondary Skills:** Power BI, Analytical mindset, Attention to detail, Business-to-technical translation, Collaboration **Key Responsibilities:** · Ingest, standardize, and govern regional and global reference data sets. · Implement business-defined mappings (e.g., industry classification, management hierarchies) to support consistent reporting. · Configure and manage data rules for profiling, issue tracking, enrichment, cleansing, freshness checks, anomaly detection, and scanner coverage within Ataccama. · Build and enhance Power BI dashboards for data quality metrics and operational KPIs. · Support migration of Power BI reporting into Ataccama-native monitoring capabilities. · Partner with regional Heads of Data Governance and GDO to align implementations with global frameworks. · Support governance adoption and consistent rule application across business units. · Assist in creating training curriculum and documentation on data quality, governance, and literacy. · Promote data quality literacy and best practices across regions. **Compensation:** - Annual salary range: $100,000 to $115,000 USD - Bonus eligibility based on performance - Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
