What You'll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems.
• Inspect systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with teammates to get the job done efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and building codes.
• Provide 5-star customer service on every call.
• Keep accurate records of work and materials.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a plumbing technician or similar role.
• Skilled with power tools, hand tools, and threading equipment.
• Able to read and understand schematics/blueprints.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Comfortable with basic math and measuring.
• Physically able to lift, carry, and work in tight spaces.

Safe Driving Matters

Because safety is a core value at Peaden, we look for team members with strong driving histories. While we review every applicant individually, the ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years of U.S. driving experience
• No major violations in the last 3 years (DUIs, reckless driving, suspensions, etc.)
• A record free of multiple recent moving violations or preventable accidents
