ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
- On call position. Covering call outs and staffing shortages as needed including opening and/or closing shifts, weekends, holidays.
- Ensure consistent and quality customer experience through proper staffing, execution of brand beverage recipes and techniques, and fostering the Scooter’s “Amazing” customer service experience
- Responsible for interviews and hiring. Develop staff to demonstrate all company standards in customer experience and operations
- Provide ongoing performance feedback to owner and other members of management. Assist in development for staff members, identifying individual motivation factors and providing clear, constructive feedback to reinforce/ improve performance
- Provide feedback and assistance in daily/weekly store operations
- Ensure Baristas are dressed properly, on time, and meeting staffing requirements
- Maintain company standards in personal and store sales/performance metrics
- Encourage and ensure full team participation in both setting store goals and developing action plans to accomplish goals
- Ensure all cash handling, point of sale system, safety, and operational procedures are performed in an accurate, consistent manner
Specialties include:
- Responsible for weekly schedules to ensure that staffing is sufficient for all shifts
- Verify that there is a leadership staff member for each part of day
- Modify schedule as needed based on sickness/callouts/resignations, and cover shifts in store when necessary.
- Maintain constant inspection of all in store products to ensure quality standards are met
- Verify that accurate quantity of product is in store, available, and ready to serve based on store sales/customer demand, and adjust numbers as needed
- Ensure proper inventory and ordering based on stores needs
- Provide end of month documentation summary of in store inventory items
- Maintain documentation and tracking of week over week inventory and waste
- Maintains confidentiality in knowledge of the store and employees

- 1+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
