Part-Time Position Overview
Our agency is seeking an organized, motivated professional to support our sales and marketing efforts by helping generate new opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. In this role, you will assist our licensed insurance team by identifying prospective customers, scheduling appointments, and supporting outreach campaigns that drive agency growth. Your attention to detail, dedication to customer service, and strong communication skills will help create a positive experience for both prospective and existing customers. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to gain real-world experience in sales, marketing, and financial services. This position provides an entry point into the insurance industry and offers the opportunity to develop professional sales skills while contributing to the growth of the agency. Responsibilities
- Support the agencys growth goals by assisting with lead generation and customer outreach efforts
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our agency and services
- Generate and qualify leads for licensed insurance team members
- Schedule appointments for coverage reviews and insurance quotes
- Follow up with previous prospects, quotes, and marketing leads
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service when responding to inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the agency system
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach when discussing insurance solutions
- Assist with marketing and referral campaigns designed to grow the agency
- Real-world sales and communication skills

- Coursework or interest in insurance, financial services, marketing, business, or related fields preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships
- Basic computer proficiency (email, typing, and office software)
- Hourly pay: $10$15 per hour depending on experience
