Production Seat Builder Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $19.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 05:00pm to 03:00am )
In this position you will:
- Assemble seat components, including frames, foam, trim covers, and mechanical parts
- Follow standardized work instructions.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly equipment
- Identify defects or issues and report them to supervisors or quality personnel
- Overtime is required
Production Seat Builder Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required (automotive preferred)
- Ability to read basic work instructions and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
