Pipe Tester Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 01:00pm to 09:30pm )

• System Testing: Conduct pressure test using Nitrogen/Hydrogen to a specified test pressure to detect leaks.

• Equipment Use: Set up and operate test equipment such as gaskets, flanges, gauges, couplings, rubber seal and nuts/bolts

• Test Execution: Conduct pressure testing in accordance with the latest revision of instructions number INS127, Pressurized Inert Gas – Weld Leak Test.

• Defect Identification: Detect and document weld defects, leaks, or other deficiencies during testing

. • Documentation: Maintain accurate test records, including pressure logs and leak reports.

Pipe Tester Qualifications:

• Three year plus experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior pipe testing experience
• Proficiency in reading and follow directions without deviation

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
