We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team.

As Senior Maintenance , you will be responsible for performing essential repairs and upkeep across the property. This role involves handling electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, as well as HVAC and Pool maintenance, ensuring the resort remains in top condition for guests and staff alike. This role ensures guest comfort by promptly responding to service requests, performing preventive maintenance and chemical balancing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pool & Spa Operations - Balance chemicals and take and monitor readings for the Pool and Spa.

• HVAC Operations – Perform routine tasks, including cleaning or replacing filters, cleaning coils, and replacing fan belts on HVAC systems and exhaust fans to ensure efficient operation.

• Electrical Work – Replace burned-out light bulbs, tubes, and repair fixtures, rewire light fixtures and wire electrical fountain pumps for proper functioning.

• Preventive Maintenance – Conduct scheduled maintenance, system cleaning, adjustments, and property inspections while maintaining operating logs.

• Service Response & Guest Support – Respond quickly to service calls and prioritize urgent repairs.

• Compliance, Inventory & Documentation – Adhere to safety and service standards, manage chemical handling and regulatory paperwork, and maintain inventory.
