$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS
About the Role:
We are seeking responsible Bus Drivers to join our team in Steele, AL.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B, with P&S endorsement and School Bus Driver Certificate of Training
- Effective Communication Skills
- Ability to read and write
- Understanding of DOT regulations
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a bus and transport children to their destinations
- Follow all DOT regulations and company policies
- Keep the bus neat, clean and sanitized according to established procedures outlined in the ECMHSP Transportation Manual
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all children throughout the journey
- Follow established bus routes without deviations except when directed to do so by an Emergency Response Team, Lead Bus Driver, Transportation Specialist in coordination with Transportation Manager/ Assistant Transportation Manager
