Schneider Insurance Agency is a growing, client-focused independent agency in Mobile, AL. We specialize in helping businesses protect what they've built, and we're looking to add a detail-oriented and client-focused Commercial Insurance Account Manager to our team.

About the Role:

This is a client service role (not sales) where you'll manage and support business insurance accounts. If you've been working in personal lines (auto, home, renters, etc.) and want to expand your career into commercial insurance, this is your opportunity. We'll provide training on the commercial side, your personal lines servicing experience will give you a great head start.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance accounts
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and certificates of insurance
• Communicate with clients and carriers to resolve billing, coverage, and policy questions
• Support producers with proposals and client presentations
• Maintain accurate records in our agency management system

What Were Looking For:

• Insurance experience required - personal lines CSR experience strongly considered
• Familiarity with processing endorsements, billing changes, and customer service requests
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude
