Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position is based in Adamsville, AL, and allows for the delivery of specialized speech and language services to students across grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Document session notes and maintain accurate records in compliance with educational standards
• Monitor student progress and modify interventions as needed
• Provide training and support to classroom staff regarding communication strategies

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with children in a school environment, preferably K-12
• Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology assessment and therapy techniques
