Construction Project Manager
A Construction Project Manager is needed for an American social media conglomerate corporation in the Huntsville, AL area. This role will assist in the management of the Type F Build and network and retrofit projects and will be responsible for supporting all scope aspects including safety, quality, schedule, and budget. location: Huntsville, Alabama

salary: $62.22 - 93.33 per hour

responsibilities:
- Ensures project execution is safe, on schedule, and within budget.
- Supports Type F Build, network, and retrofit construction projects.
- Oversees project scope including safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
- Coordinates work with general contractors and telecommunications partners.
- Manages daily construction activities at the project site.
- Serves as the primary contact for contractors, suppliers, and external partners.
- Supports constructability reviews and project planning activities.
- Assists in project schedule development and schedule maintenance.
- Proven experience managing general contractors and trade partners.
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud) is a plus.
- strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with large-scale project delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably with large-scale projects ($100M+).
