This position with our Madison, AL team is invaluable to our members' satisfaction and our long-term success. Our Studio Manager - Sales Associate makes $38,000 - $40,000/year through a base salary and has an earning potential of $55,000/year with commission! That's on top of our excellent benefits which include:

WHO ARE YOU?

Our ideal Studio Manager - Sales Associate meets these qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with fitness membership sales or a similar recurring membership service
• 2 years of management experience
• Sales skills and ability to train others on the best sales practices
• Ability to manage and grow revenue streams in areas like memberships, fees, retail sales, and package sales
• Proficiency with computers, data management, CRMs, and POS systems
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fitness

WHAT DO YOU DO?

You have a Monday - Friday schedule with some weekends as needed.

As our Studio Manager - Sales Associate, you're the captain who ensures our daily operations go off without a hitch and our members are satisfied with our facility. You're not just worried about maintaining the status quo; you're also motivated to improve and help our studio reach new heights! With a great attitude, you engage with members, encourage new guests to join, and reach out to members with no sessions booked.

Eager to drive sales, you run reports, organize fun studio events, promote our retail products, and engage with people over social media. You ensure current members are happy while actively seeking out new ones. To support your team, you also help hire and train staff. You jump in to tackle other duties as needed, playing a massive role in our success!
