Descripción del Puesto
Estamos buscando trabajadores generales responsables y con buena actitud para apoyar las operaciones en diferentes ubicaciones en el área de Montgomery, AL. El puesto incluye tareas manuales y de apoyo en áreas como producción, almacén, construcción o mantenimiento, dependiendo del lugar asignado.
Responsabilidades
- Realizar tareas generales asignadas por el supervisor
- Cargar y descargar materiales o productos
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada
- Apoyar las operaciones de producción, almacén o sitio de trabajo
- Cumplir con las normas de seguridad y políticas de la empresa
- Trabajar en equipo para cumplir con los objetivos diarios
Requisitos
- Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED requerido
- Experiencia previa en trabajo general es preferida, pero no requerida
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie por períodos prolongados
- Capacidad para levantar entre 40–50 lbs (varía según la ubicación)
- Transporte confiable hacia las ubicaciones asignadas
- Buena ética de trabajo y disposición para aprender

Compensación y Beneficios
- Pago competitivo: $17–$20 por hora
