Full-Time BCBA Elementary School Support (Onsite)

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide school-based support across multiple elementary schools. Position Details:

• Role: School-Based BCBA

• Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday (~35 hrs/week)

• Setting: Onsite, supporting multiple elementary schools within the district

• Duration: Full school year (20252026) with potential for renewal

• Caseload: Elementary-aged students; responsibilities may include direct student support, teacher/para consultation, and staff training

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and administrators to promote positive behavior strategies and interventions

• Provide consultation, coaching, and professional development to staff on implementing behavior plans and classroom management strategies

• Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed

• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines

• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with behavioral and developmental needs

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required

• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work across multiple school sites and adapt to varying needs
