Job Description

You will work in a manufacturing environment as a Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage maintenance operations within the manufacturing facility.
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient operation.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience.
• Hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in maintenance management and supervision.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and the person-Bradley systems.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

The position is based in a manufacturing environment that requires interaction with various mechanical and electrical systems. The role involves standard working hours with potential overtime as required. Dress code is appropriate for an industrial setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Montgomery, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
