Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician to support Quality Assurance activities within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role focuses on documentation control, batch record review, and ensuring production documentation meets GMP and internal quality standards. The QA Technician works closely with both Quality and Operations teams to ensure records are completed accurately and in compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue and maintain controlled documents in accordance with document control procedures

• Scan, file, and organize quality and production documentation

• Support data entry and maintenance of quality trending logs

• Perform ongoing review of batch records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and GMP compliance

• Continuously review production logs and documentation for completeness and proper entries

• Provide floor support to operations personnel to ensure batch records are completed properly and in accordance with procedures

• Work within ISO Class 8 cleanroom environments following proper gowning procedures

• Follow safety procedures when working in controlled environments involving hazardous drug products

• Identify documentation discrepancies and escalate issues to the Quality team when necessary

• Maintain organized and compliant documentation practices at all times

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, documentation review, or GMP compliance within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environment is preferred

• Familiarity with GMP documentation practices and batch record review

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to review and manage documentation accurately in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working in cleanroom environments and following gowning procedures

Compensation

• $27.00 – $32.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
