Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Industrial Welders to perform welding tasks on structural components, machinery, and assemblies. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and proficiency in various welding techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum components
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
- Set up and operate welding equipment and tools
- Inspect welds for quality, conformance to specifications, and structural integrity
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with layout, fitting, and other fabrication-related tasks as needed
- Follow company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA10
- 4+ years of industrial welding experience preferred
- Proficient in one or more welding processes: MIG, TIG, Stick
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols
- Experience with grinders, torches, and other shop tools
- AWS or other welding certifications a plus
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
