Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed for a K-12 school setting located in Headland, AL. This contract position offers the opportunity to work onsite within a single school building, serving students across all grade levels, with the exception of one at the high school.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders among students. You will develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress. Managing a caseload of approximately 50 students, you will provide specialized therapy services to enhance their communication skills and contribute to their academic success.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) required
• Experience working in school settings, preferably K-12
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work with diverse student needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work onsite in a contract position
